Itinerary

Day 1ARRIVAL, PRISON ISLAND AND NAKUPENDA SANDBANK

After a pleasant arrival at Zanzibar Airport or port ferry , you will be welcomed by one of Lodo Safaris representative who will initially meet and greet you. After a short introduction of himself, he will transfer you to your dedicated hotel for check in. Our driver guide will pick you up from the hotel 10:00 am for Prison Island Tour, Visit Lloyd Mathew’s Architecture built in 1893 and the Island is a home of Aldabra Giant Tortoises. After a visit to prison island you will enjoy snorkeling with snorkeling gears then head to Nakupenda island for sea food lunch with mouth watering tropical fruits and soft drinks under the light tent on the whitest sand bank At 3:40pm you get a boat ride back to stone town and drive back to the hotel. Overnight at Spice Palace Hotel or similar.

Day 2 STONE TOWN AND SPICE FARM (6hrs-8hrs).

After breakfast the driver guide will pick you up for a spice farm tour where you will learn, smell and taste a variety of local and Arabic spices and later a guided stone town tour. Lunch at Lukman restaurant in stone town and transfer back to the hotel. Overnight at Spice Palace Hotel or similar.

Day 3CHECK OUT AND DEPARTURE.

After breakfast and check out, according to your flight plan our driver will pick you up and transfer to Zanzibar International Airport for your flight back home.
